ONE PARK
Perched high above the Hudson River and affording sweeping views of Manhattan and New Jersey, One Park marks a defining moment in Cliffside Park’s transformation.
For this project, I was hired by DMG Investments LLC. I was in charge of creating all the photography backplates needed for the renderings. Shots were taken from a helicopter, drone and ground level. Check back as more images become available to share publicly.

Drawing from the beauty and serenity of The Palisades, One Park punctuates the natural landscape it occupies.
One Park’s architectural firm, Architectura, has created a building with life and emotion where people are connected. The architectural details are all unique, yet blend to form a sophisticated design that remains focused on simplicity and cohesion.
Dynamic balconies highlight the design concepts as a fluid connection to the site and its unique setting on a cliff. The result is a building that provides each resident with a unique experience, both architecturally and visually, with the unparalleled views it creates.
Interiors
Interiors have been carefully curated by boutique design firm, VLDG Inc.
Spacious kitchens feature chef-calibre appliances, the finest fixtures, and magnificent views.
Bedroom suites are calm sanctuaries for rest and relaxation, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with light.
Spa-inspired bathrooms feature a freestanding sculpted tub, large open shower, porcelain flooring and richly-toned wall tiles.
